News: New Muscle Suit From Tokyo
Is This The Future Of Weight Training? Lol!!
O.k, so you want to build up your muscles and allow yourself to lift weights impressively. All you need is a huge suit, air compressor and a regulator strapped across both your shoulders making you look like a Legion Of Doom wrestler. Oddly enough, the suit is designed to assist you in lifting heavy items, but why on earth would this sample image be lifting dumbells? We have no idea either, but for manual labour this may just prove beneficial. The product was developed in a Tokyo Science University, so don't go telling me students have too much time on their hands, or is that shoulders."

Horse Racing Software That Helps Me Win & Free Tips Here!
How I use software to help me
Mark Wright UK
After many years of betting and losing on the horses I began to look at other means of trying to win. I'd heard of some methods on the internet that claimed to be good but was very skeptical.
I read a number of books but these seemed so misleading and confusing, I didn't have hours of time to spare. What I needed was some kind of software that would help me. This was just a thought I never realized there actually was any! Until I found The Smart Bet Wizard.
At 1st I saw there page it looked similar to other ones Iv seen that sell books, I read some of the testimonials, then noticed it had a money back gurantee. In the end I thought id risk it.
Wow this software really works! It took a bit just to get into the swing of it all but now I can literally spend just 30 minutes a day on it.
If you want to try it yourself click here to visit their page. Sometimes I have better results than others with it but at times its just like having a second income!

My Acne Website: http://www.planetcreation.co.uk/my-acneMy Acne Cure
After years of suffering from this skin condition Iv made a site about how it effected me, and the products I used to finally cure me and hopefully others with the same problem.
It all started with blackheads at the age of about 12, as a male of this age it started to bother me but that was just the start. Another year on id began to flare up with massive red spots with heads on, It knocked my confidence so much that some days I didn't want to go out.
At school I tried covering up with make-up which for was quite embarrassing at times, years went on and I tried many products such as: Panoxyl, Oxytetracycline, and every over the counter product you can buy with little or no results
However I did find that erythromycin antibiotic cream did help from the doctor and had good results for one or two of my friends but the Oxytetracycline tablets had no effect at all. Id also heard that stronger tablets like Accutine from the doctor worked quite well but these required you to have regular tests by your doctor.
I found that washes, Clearasil and other products made little or no difference.
I also think that worrying about spots makes them even worse.
I got so frustrated that I began surfing the net and I was obviously hit by many pages claiming 'this and that' but the one that unbelievably helped the greatest for me was this site that claimed acne free in a few days, Iv included a link to the site here:
I was quite amused by its title acne gone in 3 days at 1st, it didn't actually give results that fast but I was quite impressed by it and with a money back offer I thought why not..
Out of all the treatments ironically it ended up giving me the best results the fastest, I would recommend this program to anyone. I now havn't a single spot and rarely get them at all.
How To Get A Six Pack & Athletic Body The Easy Way on Squidoo
Turn that fat into muscle and get that body you always
wanted!
How To Get A Six-Pack
An easy no-nonsense guide to a six-pack and an athletic body
my myspace page :www.myspace.com/beefandy
My names Andrew,Im generally quite lean and athletic,I drink, eat more or less what I want, my aim is to give advice on getting that body and '6-pack' you have always wanted.
Since Iv been training the most talked about feature seems to be my abs over any other part of me, for some reason many people have this fascination of the so called '6-pack'. People seem way more impressed than big arms, legs, chest... Thats why im concentrating on this subject
Eyeryone has abs they are just covered up by stomach fat
1)Before I start I recommend you buy and read this book HERE I followed this program its excellent I learned more or less everything I know to easily maintain an athletic body, all year round. Whilst living a normal life. It goes into very important and effective fat burning exercises and how to literally eat to burn fat and in turn burn it into muscle.
2) Buy an ab-roller
These work great and isolate the ab muscles best, you can pick them up cheap too, also check out the new products at the bottom of the page.
3) Train every day, be patient results come with time, do as much as you can until your muscles are burning. Try getting to the stage where you can do:
10 x sit-ups with feet on ground,
10 x bringing your knees towards your chest. As seen on the picture above (lower abs)
2X10 sit-ups resting your legs at each side (left and right) so that your ankle bone rests on the floor, this targets the sides of your abs
Do more if you can, if you cant manage 10, just do 5.
It doesnt matter if you can do 3 or 30 do what you can and work up
Concentrate on each rep doing it slowly and controlled
Dont spend too long exercising on them, 1 good session a day will be ok
When you've finished, stretch back your ab's, leaning your head back, pushing your stomach out, this is important and releases built up lactic acid, a little tip I found worked well myself.
Don't give up, carry on, you may not see results for 1-2 months!
Once you gain your 6pack it will be easy to maintain.
If your naturally lean it will be an advantage , if your overweight you will have to concentrate on your diet just as much too, consult the fat to muscle guide book as I mentioned earlier. Watch your carbs and fat intake, drink more water, eat decent high protein foods, if your metabolism is very low you may need to consider taking other forms of 'fat burning' supliments. You may also benefit from some cardio training too.
Training With Weights
For an all round good shape and improved strength training with weights is just like training with the ab roller, improves your shape. Many people are under the misconception that running, treadmills, bikes is best for weight loss and shape. If one compares the human body with a pear, the person who trains on treadmills just becomes a smaller pear with no real shape gained as apposed to a weight trainer.
If weight training use protein, creatine etc..
